Wonderful service. I called in the morning for an appointment that night without a problem. Paul was beyond accommodating and Neel was really polite, informative and transparent.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do anything before getting a pest control treatment done?
Whether or not you need to do something to prepare for the pest control treatment depends on the type of treatment. For example, for rodent treatment, you will have to do nothing. But for general spray treatment, you will have to put away food items, crockery, cookware, etc., to avoid the chemical being sprayed on them. Some treatments involve the application of chemicals that are harmful to furniture. In case of this, you may have to cover your furniture with plastic or cloth. At times, we also recommend clients to move their furniture away from the walls to get better results as some chemicals are meant just for the walls. If there are any requests for preparing your Bulleen property for a pest control treatment, we will inform you about them in advance. When you know what is to be done before our arrival, you can comfortably do things at your pace.
Can I stay home during a Termite Treatment?
If you are availing of termite pest control treatment for your Bulleen property, you must be wondering whether you can be present on the property at the time of the treatment or not. The answer to this is yes. All types of termite treatments we carry out are safe for you and your loved ones. We use quality termiticides that kill termites effective but do not cause any harm to you, your kids or your pets. Also, the way we carry out each pest control treatment is exceptionally safe, so you don’t have to worry about chemicals spreading here and there and affecting those on your property. Our technicians are extra careful when carrying out termite treatments because they want to apply the solution so that the termites get killed and do not spread to other walls or furniture in your home.
Do I need to take my pets away?
Whether or not your pets can be in the home while we carry out the pest extermination procedure will depend upon the type of treatment we are doing. Some pesticides require kids and pets to be moved away from the room for a while until the pesticides settle in. Some pesticides are mild and do not require children or pets to move away. Depending on what type of treatment you are seeking, whether or not your pet needs to leave the house will be communicated to you by our pest controllers. When we provide a treatment plan, we will mention such things so you know what is to be done on the day of the treatment. At times, we may recommend you cover your fish tanks or bird cages with cloth or plastic for a short period until we finish the procedure. In such cases, you don’t have to make arrangements for your pets to move out of the house.
